Nova Star - GameDevHQ Certification Submission . 

Use a,s,w,d keys (or arrows) to navigate. Esc to pause. The ship will auto fire when in front of an enemy.  Avoid enemy fire and capture powerups for heath and weapon upgrades.

Just about at the 5 day (calendar time) limit so this is my submission with absolutely no polish or tuning. Needs final sound and additional boss weapons (at least).

Now that the first 90 percent is complete, on to the next 90 percent...
